Cooking class focusing on making Spanish tapas, meant to be shared and ideal for summer-time entertaining. Create three small plates from beginning to plating: crab-stuffed piquillo peppers; baked asparagus, leek and manchego cheese bites and heirloom tomato and spinach pizzettes.
