The History of Yum: Chocolate, Coffee & Gingerbread

Food historian and educator Monica Stenzel teaches a three-session class about chocolate, coffee and gingerbread. Take one or all three. Each session features special treats to sample: Hallett's Chocolates, Thomas Hammer Coffee, and gingerbread from Madeleine's Cafe & Patisserie. Limited to 30 participants. Oct. 18, Nov. 22 and Dec. 13, from 2-3:30 pm.
