Think & Drink

The movement of human beings is nothing new; for more than 200,000 years, homo sapiens has roamed the planet, changing locales based on weather, food sources or warfare. This movement can cause all kinds of problems for both the roaming people and those whose homelands are being roamed into, and this month’s Humanities Washington Think & Drink discussion dives into the question of whether we humans should be able to move and live anywhere we want. Host Shann Ray will lead the discussion, featuring Gonzaga political scientist Stacy Bondanella Taninchev and UW international studies expert David Fenner. Note that Think & Drink is changing locations to the Magic Lantern, and there will be a small fee to help cover the cost of the building. Otherwise, the thinking and drinking continues unabated.
