Tools for Transformation Series: Explore your practice beyond asana. Guided by experts in the field of yoga, acupuncture, energy work, shamanism, and meditation, this weekly, ongoing workshop will provide you with practical tools to uncover the strength, beauty and wisdom that lies within. All experience levels welcome. 12 students maximum, wear comfortable clothing and bring a journal. This workshop takes place in the small studio (normal temperature).
