Transitions' 13th Annual Golf Outing

Enjoy a day of golf and networking while raising funds to end poverty and homelessness for women and children in the Spokane community. Transitions houses the homeless, trains the jobless, and supplies the life skills that make sustainable change possible through its five programs: Miryam’s House, Women’s Hearth, Transitional Living Center, EduCare, and New Leaf Bakery Cafè.
