Choose from 3 sessions per week: Mon from 4:30-5:30 pm and 5:45-6:45 pm; Thur from 5:45-6:45 pm. Any 6 classes/$30; or any 12/$54. Session Sept. 8 through Oct. 16. Offers verbal cues and names all steps/combos so participants know what’s coming up. Plenty of instruction and practice drills. Special attention protecting backs, hips, knees.
