When: Mondays, Thursdays. Continues through April 16 2015
Choose from 3 sessions per week: Mon from 4-5 pm and 5:15-6:15 pm; Thur from 5:15-6:15 pm. Any 7 classes/$35; or any 14/$63; $7/drop-in. Session runs March 2-April 16. Offers verbal cues and names all steps/combos so participants know what’s coming up. Plenty of instruction and practice drills. Special attention protecting backs, hips, knees.
